God never intended for us to attempt this walk alone! We believe that it is the privilege and responsibility of every believer to minister according to the gift(s) and grace of God that is given to him (Romans 12:1–8; 1 Corinthians 13; 1 Peter 4:10–11).

                           Harmony 101 is now a pre-requisite for new members.

                                        run together after the life Jesus has for us.

Life Groups

 

Small groups called Life Groups are coming. If you are interested in being in a small group, please contact the church office at 319-392-4229 or email us. We are excited to see these groups begin fall of 2009.

 

 

Join the Team

 

 

Baristas/Coffee lovers/People

   -Help connect with people at the Harmony Cafè on Sunday mornings. Join a team where you come early one Sunday/month to make coffee or help behind the counter between services. A great place to meet people and help them connect with Harmony.

 

Caring for Children

   -While mom is getting encouraged and connects with other moms... this can be a one or two Friday mornings a month commitment through MOPS (Mothers of Preschoolers). There is a need of 2 workers in the newborns; 3 workers in crawlers; 3 workers in toddlers; 4 leaders in 2 year olds; 1 leader in 3 year olds; 1 leader in 4-5 year olds; 1 leader in homeschoolers.

 

Membership

   -Join the Harmony Bible Church team. Plan on attending Harmony 101 that begins on September 20th, and watch for the Membership Class that begins in October.

 

Love to Cook?

   -Help provide a meal for Fusion on one Tuesday night this school year. Team up with another family or do it alone. We get to serve 20-25 students each week. To sign up email Jackie.
